• Potatoes are analysed immediately after they come and they are taken appropriate place in accordance with result of this analysis.
• Truck can be removed from storage area as per hazardous situation during analysis.
• All of potatoes are passed from band system, are cleaned and are taken to storage area.
• Potatoes that are taken to storage are subject to cooling as per temperature situation.
• It is done at 5 mt. height in bulk. (two storages have approximately 10.000 tons of potatoes capacity)
• Storage doors are closed immediately after completing storage and provide keeping potatoes at 90C and 85-95% of humidity.
• Apply medicine against fusarium and to prevent sprout depend on storage period.
• They are shipped from suitable places in accordance with factory ‘s demand.
• Approximate storage period is 6-8 months.
• Shrinkage of stocks is mean 20%.
• Storage entertains more risk than grower.
